Tote Deejay has sense of rhythm since he was born. When he was a child he
used to play anything, from pots to bells, until, in 1987, he received as
a gift his first real drum. Together with some friends, he created the
band "Incantatori di Serpenti". Later he realized that his real “mission”
was making people dance at parties: it was 1990.
His musical background comes from rock band: U2, Rolling Stones, Jimi
Hendrix, Dire Straits, Marshal Tuker Band, Simple Minds, The Beatles and
many others. He didn’t like dance music at all!
But between late '80s and early '90s, Tote changed his mind and began
buying the first Music Dance Mix vinyl: these are the years of his first
mix, made with old record players and just 20 watt speakers. The more he
mixed the more he liked it, so that, after a few months, he decided to buy
the right professional equipment.
In the same years Tote made his debut in some clubs, thanks also to his
first production: "Pom Pom". In 1993 he joined the entourage of Radio 105
and the famous Radio DJ Producer Stefano Secchi. It was the beginning of
an escalation bringing him to become Resident DJ in all the best clubs in
Como, and Guest DJ in some of the most important locations such as Milan,
until his debut - after 2000 – in Germany and Spain.
His job as DJ and Producer has always lived together with his passion for
information technology and hi-tech. This approach, between music and
computers, allowed him to be very innovative about new techniques of music
development.
We can absolutely say that Tote’s life is completely based on his love for
music. Since 1991, working in the most famous record store in Como, he
sold thousand of mix, until 2004, when, with the Dj producer Morris Corti,
he realized the ambitious project they have thought for a long time: TM
Records, where they sell music and make production, giving life to a long
series of successes.

Tote Deejay, è nato con il senso del ritmo che gli scorreva nelle vene. Infatti, da piccolo suonava qualsiasi oggetto gli capitasse a portata di mano: dalle pentole ai campanacci, fino a che, nel lontano 1987, ricevette in dono la sua prima vera batteria. Da ragazzino, insieme ad alcuni amici, forma il gruppo “Incantatori di serpenti”, con il quale suona fino quando capisce che la sua reale vocazione musicale era un’altra, ovvero far ballare la gente alle feste: era il 1990.
Il suo background musicale inizia a formarsi con gruppi squisitamente Rock : U2 su tutti e, a seguire, gente come Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Dire Straits, Marshal Tuker Band, Simple Minds, Beatles e molti altri. La Dance non gli piaceva affatto!
Ma, tra la fine degli anni ’80 e l’inizio dei ’90, Tote si ricrede e comincia a comprare i primi vinili di musica Mix Dance: sono gli anni dei suoi primi mix, realizzati con giradischi dell’anteguerra e casse da appena 20 watt. Più passava il tempo e più ci prendeva gusto, tant’è che, dopo qualche mese, decide di comprarsi l’attrezzatura giusta…
In quegli stessi anni Tote fa il suo esordio nelle discoteche, anche per merito della sua prima produzione, che s’intitolava “Pom Pom”. Nel 1993 entra a far parte dell’entourage di Radio 105 e del celebre Dj Producer Stefano Secchi. È il principio di un’escalation che lo porterà a diventare Resident in tutti i migliori locali del comasco, e Guest in piazze prestigiose come quella di Milano, fino all’esordio – dopo il 2000 – in Germania e Spagna.
Tote ha sempre unito la sua attività di Dj e Producer alla sua grandissima passione per l’informatica e l’hi-tec in genere. Un accostamento, quello tra musica e computers, che gli consentirà di porsi decisamente all’avanguardia rispetto alle nuove tecniche di sviluppo musicale.
Eh sì, si può tranquillamente affermare che la sua è una vita completamente improntata all’amore per la musica, infatti, dal 1991, Tote lavora nel più famoso negozio di dischi di Como, vendendo qualche migliaio di mix… fino al 2004, quando, insieme al Dj producer Morris Corti, realizzando l’ambizioso progetto a cui pensavano da una vita: la TM Records dove, oltre a vendere musica,e noleggiare/ Vendereimpianti audio luci. si dedicano anche alle produzioni, dando vita ad una lunga serie di successi.

Диджей Тотэ, ещё будучи ребенком, играл на любом предмете, который попадался ему под руку, пока, в далеком 1987 году, не получил в подарок свои первые настоящие ударные инструменты. Тогда он, вместе со своими друзьями, создаёт группу “Incantatori di serpenti”, в которой он играет пока не понимает, что его призвание в другой музыкальной сфере.
Его музыкальные вкусы начинают формироватья такими рок-группами, как U2, а также Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Dire Straits, Marshal Tuker Band, Simple Minds, Beatles и многие другие. Танцевальный жанр его совсем не привлекал!
Но между концом 80-х и началом 90-х, Тотэ меняет свои взгляды и начинает покупать первые пластинки музыки Mix Dance: в этот период он реализует свои первые ремиксы с помощью проигрывателя довоенного периода и колонок мощностью едва ли по 20 вт. Чем больше проходит времени, тем больше он этим увлекается и, спустя несколько месяцев, он решает купить себе настоящее оборудование...
В те же годы Тотэ делает первые шаги на дискотеках, в том числе благодаря своей первой песне, под названием “Pom Pom”. В 1992 году он оказывается на Радио 105 и попадает в окружение известного диджея и продюсера Стэфано Сэкки. Вскоре он ставит музыку во всех лучших заведений города Комо, и становится востребованным гостем в престижных музыкальных клубах Милана, а в последствии - в 2000 году - выходит за границы Италии, в Испанию и Германию.
Тотэ всегда дополнял свою деятельность диджея и продюсера огромной страстью к информатике и к хай-теку в целом. Сочетание, между музыкой и компьютерами, которое позволит ему быть ведущим по отношению к новым музыкальным технологиям.
Можно с уверенностью заявлять, что его жизнь полностью посвящена любви к музыке, уже с 1991 года Тотэ рабтает в самом известном магазине дисков в Комо, продавая несколько тысяч ремиксов... В 2004 году, вместе с диджеем и продюсером Моррисом Корти, он наконец-то воплощает в жизнь амбициозный проект: TM Records, в котором, помимо продажи музыки, они посвящают себя продюсированию, достигая одного успеха за другим. И это только начало...
