Torqux are a duo from the UK. Recently signed to Chase & Status' label MTA Records where they released their first EP entitled Blazin'. The Blazin' single reached the BBC Radio 1xtra B list after jumping from the C list. Likewise for the MTV Base playlist moving from the C to the B. It also reached the number 1 spot on the MTV Base Chart show. In the Music Week Urban 30 Chart Blazin reached number 3 as well as reaching number 12 in the Music Week Cool Cuts Chart. It was record of the week for BBC 1Xtra DJ's Mistajam & Twin B who both invited the duo for interviews. With great feedback, a snippet from the Twin B interview was used as trailer for his show played across the entire station. Growing in popularity Blazin' was also used in episode four of the television series 'Younger's on E4.

Blazin also had heavy support from Radio 1 Djs Annie Mac, Danny Howard, Trevor Nelson and Diplo. Annie Mac liked the duo's work so much she promoted a free track, entitled 'Zodiac' on her Free Music Monday soundcloud platform.
Blazin reached 39 in the iTunes Dance Chart and number 9 on Trackitdown

Previously the duo where know as Torqux & Twist producing separately and together. Successes include number 1's on beatport, mixes for Jaguar Skills and Mista Jam, remixes for Tiesto & Mark Knight, Modestep, Jaguar Skills and 679 Records, their tracks have been used on movie trailers, Jaguar Skills and Get Darker Mix CDs
