Need a gift for a gifted musician?
Tony Kus lives in London but records his compositions from his home town of Bognor Regis. In a room crammed with instruments and equipment, with laptops balanced on plywood planks and bontempi’s on bedsteads, he records, re-records, and records again until he is a broken man.
Having played the piano from the age of nine, Tony was a member of various incarnations of various bands in the Brighton area, performing in pubs, taverns, tearooms and recital halls In 2005 he formed Our Great Adventure with older brother Mike Kus. The band reluctantly split in 2008 when it became geographically impossible for them to carry on, but have thankfully continued to collaborate in other ways, culminating in a composition for a graphic design video earlier in the year. With his degree conquered, Tony moved to London, writing music and returning to Bognor to record.
In addition to working on further projects with Mike, he is currently scoring for a short film and working on new material.
