Music has always been a big part of my life, my first foray into the world of music began at the age of 7, playing piano, saxophone and drums all in the space of five years. In the late 90’s I discovered dance music and mixing quickly became a huge passion - leading to my first gig at 17, playing ‘Jump-up, Jungle and Drum n’ Bass under the name ‘Construct’ following soon after by my own weekly Jungle session, ‘Structure’ (later ‘Relapse’) at Da Box in Christchurch, NZ.
In 2005 I started my own, bi-monthly club night ‘Dirty Habit’. ‘Dirty Habit’ enabled me to further develop my already solid experience while delivering a unique underground sound of Driving Electro and Techno to the City of Christchurch and providing new and upcoming DJ’s with an opportunity to play in a busy live venue.
Over the years I have experimented with everything from Progressive House to Tech Trance and Breaks, supporting DJ’s as a resident for New Zealand's longest running club night ''Nrgize,'' including the likes of Lisa Lashes, Nick Sentience, Breakfastaz, The Freesylers and King Unique. I managed to build a reputation for an unfaltering attention to detail and ability to bring something new and original to the game.
I'm not afraid to experiment, push the boundaries or try something new giving both the punters and the chin strokers something to smile about.
Trying to follow my success in Christchurch, I've now made a break across to the other side of the planet to enlighten the UK with my unique style of bass heavy tribal tech house, deep house and techno that stops people in their tracks, makes them smile, pulls them out onto the dance floor and leaves them wanting more.
