As resident DJ, this aspiring DJ first worked for the “West“ party company,
which was definitely very helpful to him in his career as a DJ. On the
22 June 1991, Tito Torres first spun the discs for a large party in the
Kaufleuten (today’s in club) and, based on his success, the booking inquiries
for other events and clubs in the Zurich area began to pile up. A year later,
Tito Torres joined the party company “Dancefloor Syndroma“, who worked
very closely with the radio channel “Couleur 3“. At the time, “Dancefloor
Syndroma“ was responsible for the legendary parties in the Casino Montreux,
which were also broadcast live on Couleur 3.
In the last 20 Years, Tito Torres played with DJ’s like Tony Humphries,
George Morel, Danny Tenaglia, Djaimin, Charles Chilling, Joe T Vannelli,
Roger Sanchez, Eric Morillo, Derrick May, Carlos Diaz, Sneak, Armand van Helden,
Claudio Coccoluto, Deep Dish, Eddie Amador, Laurent C, Francesco Farfa,
Sven Väth, Moguai, Joe Montana, DJ Pippi, Josh Wink, Jamie Lewis,
David Morales and many more. This was to Tito Torres’s advantage,
because it brought him to the attention of other organizers, and appearances
all over the world followed. He play from Miami to Las Vegas, Mykonos,
Ibiza, from Paris to Amsterdam, Italy, Dubai and many other places.
On the Ibiza Island he achieves to rave the crowd in the Clubs Amnesia,
Space, Privilege and the Pacha as the resident DJ during the Zenith Events.
Even in Paris he is popular in a lot of clubs like the Queens, 287, Manray and
Feu Follé and this has the same status for abroad. In the North American Club
scene the party-hungry people celebrate his sound in the Mint Club, the Crobar
and in the Nikki Beach Nightclub. In Dubai he play at Chi Club or Peppermint
and because his huge success there he release with his partners from
DAXAR Music different CD Compilation. Therefore quotes are provided from
the main labels Ministry of Sound, Warner Music as well as EMI to implement
his own productions and royalties. Over the years, he clearly developed his own style.
Tito Torres shows by that, he decrees a good feeling for trends and is able to
