About

Céline Pelé is a costumer from Paris, living and working in between Paris and Berlin, with an Applied Arts and Illustration studies background. Working in cinema, theater, performance, specialized in hand-painting on fabric and costume decorum & accessories, she is also creating her own accessories and hand-painted or silkscreen pattern designs under the name Miss Renay Penny.

She's doing some music in a very intuitive way, working on improvised music with Viola and loopstation for AudioVisual projects, such as "Mécanique des Fluides" (2008-2009), "Berlan Allée - Promenade Transfrontalière, Bazar okzidental" ( 2012), "°Aeonio" with Celcius-4 ( 2013-on-going).
And building up little songs with various instruments (ukulele, banjo, viola, cigar-box guitar...) and voice, in a bluesy folk mood, under the name Three Golden Threads.

She is also collaborating with live painting on CHRS-SMTHNG's videos, making real time video on The Cold Hand's concerts, to give a multi-sensorial experience of their music. www.thecoldhand.tumblr.com - www.chrs-smthng.com.
And making some Lomo photography, experimenting the layering possibilities with a mini-Diana. http://celiska.tumblr.com
