A Three Colours red show is a completely interactive,participatory experience in which the stage becomes a magical place where everybody becomes the song.

From singing, dance & mime through to bodybeats and all that is brought forward from the audience plus further onstage collaborations with artists and musicians -

Three Colours Red were formed in the autumn of 2009. Their acoustic soul , rap and body beats sound is an eclectic fusion of one Englishman ´Mr Marvel´, and one Spanish woman ´Niña Ardilla´.
Over the past two years the band has played many concerts in hospitals ,bars through to theatres and prisons - along the way recording a self produced album (see below) and painting a strong red path through the streets of Barcelona.

In the summer of 2011 with a band member leaving, Three Colours Red became Two Colours Red. For a while the group was unsure how to move forward. Then oneday faced with a festival gig still short of the third person, they came up with the idea of the festival becoming the third band member.
One by One people from the audience took to the stage to participate in various ways. The gig was a resounding success and the rest is history.....

Recorded with Miss Mustard (aka Sofia Granato)´The Last Tree on Earth´, is an old school sounding record inspired by the old recordings and distorted beauty of Robert Johnson, the crackle and pop of early r`n´b and the communal warmth of a young Bob Marley.
They did this by putting one stereo mic in a room in Barcelona, and just played and played, finishing by embelishing with an electric guitar and a little studio trickery so it sounds and plays like an old LP.
What you hear is an performance over perfection and a band free from the sonic shackles of the cut,copy,paste environment of modern day recording.
