Hello and welcome to my piece of the Cloud.

My tracks here are a mix of new and old (and really old). The oldest stuff (Let Me Down Gently, Straight rom the Heart) I recorded on a Tascam 8-track portastudio back in the mid nineties, with my (now) wife on Sally Jones on vocals, and Matt Waddell on fretless bass and production duties.

The next lot of track were recorded on a ADAT and a Soundcraft 6000 desk that used to (allegedly) belong to Errol to of Hot Chocolate and that my wife used to leave Post-it notes on saying 'sell me!'. These are Sick of Here, Leaving Illinois, Music Box, and Dark Times and feature Mr Matt Waddell (Fretless bass, key boards and production and Mr Mark Dalton keyboards and production (I did get the legendary Gary Rollins to play to sax on Sick Of Here, although he was saying hello to Huey on the big white telephone halfway through recording the sax solo - hurrah for home recording and convenient location of microphone next to the bathroom .

The last bunch of tunes are what I record on a laptop on my own these days, occasionally featuring my neighbour J (an awesome guitarist and harmonica player). Mostly it's just me playing guitar, slide, bass, double bass, mandolin, and ukulele, and faking everything else with a Roland GR55 guitar to midi synth.

Hope you enjoy it,
