Good work, Thomas. The pulsating rhythm of the cello + basses allows for interesting harmonic development. You could give the development of dynamics a try, for instance start the piece piano and then culminate to fortissimo just before the sudden silence and then go back to piano, like it's done in Wagner's ouverture to "Tristan and Isolde". But this is just personal taste. Here and there the melodic transitions are a bit suprising, though.

woh, nice idea (somehow macabre) to use a waltz rhythmn in the context of the title ;-). Nevertheless a top composition, matching mood/atmosphere and nice orchestration

Again, impressive, and impressive sounds. Just listened to https://soundcloud.com/the-orchestra. They're interested in performing others pieces. Might be interesting for you to hear your compositions performed by a real orchestra. Take my favorite piece ;-)!
