MC Think Tank shreds magma. Straight up he does. He’s speed skated on Saturn’s rings and he could kick an asteroid into another galaxy! This guy is actually a spaceman and one of the most versatile MC’s to come out of western Canada. He uses a combination of original tracks and expertly timed verses to move the crowd. Taking international audiences on a journey that could be described as spacey, funky, political, psychedlic and high energy.

You can find him touring with fellow Spaceman/DJ/Producer Neighbour as Neighbour & Think Tank or as one part of the new band Red Light Quadrant. He’s been featured on a bunch of releases in 2009 and 2010, including “Slingshot Boogie” (Funkweapons), “Drunk on the Funk” (Super Hifi), “Hustlers Convention” (GeniuSkills), and the “Speaker Humpin Remix” (Muti Music) to name a few. Following last year’s success of the Neighbour & Think Tank “Nightowl” EP and the “Nightowl Remixes” EP on Homebreakin / Funk Weapons with 2 new releases so far this year – “Lando” (Homebreakin) and “the Crusader EP” (Rat Records) he’s been busy.

Performing several shows in Brazil this year seems to have broadened his horizons and his musical taste. Keep an eye out for this microphone fiend and if you can’t spot him no worries he’ll spot you… on the dancefloor!
