    New York and New Jersey are still reeling from Hurricane Sandy. As of Tuesday evening, there were 2.3 million New Yorkers without power. And as of Tuesday morning, there were 2.6 million households in New Jersey without power. The subway, NJ Transit, and PATH trains are still out of service, and a number of roads are blocked with debris and water. 
    J. David Goodman, reporter for our partner, The New York Times, and freelance reporter Scott Gurian explain the latest on the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
