This was one of the first tunes I listened to when I joined sound cloud and to date it is still the only favourite I have, it just proper captures that old RZA sound. Right up my street. Looking forward to checking out other beats of yours.

@coredeath: they are sample chops on an mpc .. it is INTENTIONAL here. there are obviously no other sample chop issues throughout the track except on fills where we actually did the mutes live during record. the intro is meant for it to sound like the record is dying ... when it drops, it hits very very bright ... a stark contrast. compare it to our other intros which are, very, very systematic and what you're wanting. :) thanks for listening though. hip hop is a bit of its own beast.
