The SKingz : Born in 1981, Basti is a 28 year old DJ and producer from northrhine-westfalia in the west of germany. He started working on an AMIGA 1200 in 1996 trying to produce samplebased housemusic in 4-track tracker-software. As time moved on the jumped over to PC-systems years later. From 2002 till 2008 he was constantly working on some trax in the backround but most of the time he was focussed on DJing in the ruhr-area. In 2004 he started DJing for mth.House (http://www.mth-house.de), known as one of the biggest housemusic-webradio in germany. In this time he produced trax like "Headlines" or "Close my Eyes" that were flying around in the world wide web. At the end of 2k8 Basti got more into producing new music again and released the "Just for your love EP" as a digital EP in the www. 2009 started with 80s influenced "Lightstepper" that had massive support by various discohouse-DJs. Further on the met more and more djs and producers in socialcommunity-platforms like myspace.com and they started to collaborate together in form of remixes and co-productions. "The Fakie and the Neighbour" got remixed by Belgian Beer for exampe. Basti did remixes for Agent Stereo, DJ EQ, Groove Savor and Joey Chicago, which was released on german-based discohouselabel DISCOGALAXY Recordings. In 2009 he also set up a new radioshow on mth.House called the "mth.House Filter-Sessions" to give friendly DJs a plattform and keep supporting the again growing up discohousescene ! For 2k10 new productions are in the pipeline and a new web-based collective and digitallabel is going to start soon !
