The Popopopops were barely 18 years old that they were already building up a
reputation on the largest stages/festivals of France and Europe. Winners of the 2009 Inrocks magazine CQFD contest, in 2011 they returned to their hometown to write new songs. The four from Rennes released in May 2012 « A Quick Remedy », a powerful EP with a dark pulsating atmosphere. Their accomplishment was well received by the press but also and especially by the public. The packed out Nouveau Casino in Paris for the release party was another positive sign.

- Remix EP of My Mind Is Old -

Dreamlike and outstanding, « My Mind Is Old » immediately stood out as the emblematic track of this EP. This is certainly the song which provoked the most (positive) reactions from the fans and the public. The band is currently working on their first album however they wish to prolong the craze for this single with a remix EP. They have collaborated with artists from different music genres who have reworked and transformed the track.
