About

THE OUTLIER (Nick Middleton) is a Producer and DJ living on Canada’s west-coast. He is the co-owner of The True Movement – A Record Label, Agency, and Management outfit founded alongside PropaTingz aka The BreakBeatBuddha. He is also the main production force behind Canada’s rising duo, The Funk Hunters. His new solo work as The Outlier, scheduled to appear on True Movement August 2011, features collaborations with Shamik and Jamyn. Under The Funk Hunters moniker, his productions have been signed to Ghetto Funk, Manmade Records, Swing Set Sounds, Big M, and Homebreakin Records. He has toured extensively across Canada, Brazil, and throughout the west-coast festival circuit including the Shambhala Music Festival, Soundwave, and Bass Coast.
