About

THE LOST BOY is a one-man project started in late 2008.

Its cinematic and imaginative songs are just instrumental but THE LOST BOY writes lyrics/poems to describe them too.

Main influences are THE CURE, SIOUXSIE AND THE BANSHEES, ECHO AND THE BUNNYMEN and CALLA, while main inspirations come from sleepless rainy nights, broken dreams, loneliness and lost love.

"...after many years of endless sleepless nights, dreams that never came true and the image of the sweetest smile from the imaginary and vanishing girl, The Lost Boy decided to write and play his own visions inspired by stars, moon, rainbows and rainy nights...
...enchanted by the magical and mysterious basslines from Steven Severin, the passional Calla beauty, the psychedelic and catchy Bunnymen guitar riffs and with a soul and a heart full of visceral love for The Cure...
...The Lost Boy shoegazes a lot too...
...though the songs are just instrumental you can read/sing along (?!?) their lyrics that you can find in the website www.thelostboy.eu...
...but there's much more to be discovered..."
