In 2010 the two Belgium based cousins Hans Ott and Lode Windey formed the production and DJ duo The Cousins. It all started with a simple fascination of music which grew into a passion, and this passion slowly grew into an addiction.
The close family relation between Hans and Lode made it possible for them to quickly start working closely together in the studio and side by side behind the decks as they instantly clicked both personally and musically. The world will already be able to enjoy the fruit of the two cousins hard work in the studio as 2011 will see the release of their debut called "Engine" EP on Melonsound.
Hans and Lode definitely have their heart in the right place as they are not making music for personal satisfaction or to boost their careers in the music industry. They simply want to share the feeling they get when listening to music with others around the world.
Watch out for The Cousins in the future as they plan to keep on making music for your pleasure and the world will see more releases and remixes from them in the nearby future.
