Black Mesa is Oded Goren, 24 years old producer from Israel.

Oded first interaction with the psychedelic trance music was back in the 2000's, when he's exposed to artists such as Infected Mushroom, Astrix and Yahel.

After that he's fell in love right away with psychedelic trance and full on music.
since then its the soundtrack of his life.

Later, in the age of 14, after being just a listener in the psytrance scene, he began learning to play the guitar and the basics of music.

Several years after that, with the trance that became a major part in his life, with his musical known, growing up with those tunes and sounds, he began producing his own music under the name "Black Mesa".

In January 21, 2013 Black Mesa's first release - "Revolutions EP" was released under the label "Dropzone Records".

BlackjAw (second track from the EP) got #18 in beatport psytrance top 100, as well as entered the "10 must hear tracks of the week".

on 1st April 2013, Black Mesa second release - "Distant Memories EP" released on "Dropzone Records".
