The Barons Red came into existence in 2011 when two mates Genga & BMB! formed a duo and started djing at a few of their mates parties together.
The boys got their first taste of playing to a club audience when their Dj mix was selected for the Into The Limelite DJ Competition where they were finalists.
Since the boys have started to make their mark on the Perth EDM scene playing as The Barons Red or under thier solo alias as Genga & BMB! They have played at some of Perths best clubs and events including Villa, Ambar, Club Paradiso, Geisha, Shape, Amplifier, Capitol, Double Lucky and have also secured residencies at Big Ape and guest sets at Fluxx & Fork.
The boys also host a Online Radio Show, Tuesday nights on The Backyard Project.
