The Backstabbers - Biography

Brand new DJ / Producers duo ‘The Backstabbers’ from Amsterdam is what you might
call a typical uplift party plan if you’re in a mood for feelgood music and a lot of female
dancing!
Influenced by 2ManyDJs, the Twelves, The Glimmers and many more they play a tight
mix of Disco combined with a wide range of Uptempo Electronic variety and a whole lot of
personal flavours in edits and bootlegs.
Their pleasure in seeking a combination of the newest vs the evergreens to always keep
the dancefloor going shows off every time they play. Smiling faces galore is the result
and so the Backstabbers are bound to build a reputation for bringing happiness to the
clubscene with this gay kinda’ style!

The gents from ‘Dam recently caught their style in a new recordlabel called ‘HardPop
Records’ trying to search for boundaries between Pop and Dance music with an edge to
it. First record signed was the funky Dutch vox single ‘DiscoBril’ by Super909 of whom we
can expect more release and an album before the end of 2011. More releases to Hardpop
Records are signed as we speak.
