The Scottish/Italian violinist Nicola Benedetti will perform Erich Wolfgang Korngold's Violin Concerto with the Dutch Radio Filharmonisch Orkest in De Vrijdag van Vredenburg on 2 November 2012 in the series TROS Klassiek. The concert will be repeated at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw on 4 November in the series Zondagochtendconcert. I spoke to her after a rehearsal at the MCO Hilversum on Tuesday 30 October.
