Dan wrote the music and I wrote the lyrics. We began looking for the right vocalist. I suggested Lucy. Dan thought she was perfect for the part. We then worked, re-worked changing a few things with every demo we did. This is what we came up with! We are proud of our first song together. We hope you enjoy it. Thank you for listening!

    Before You Leave
    (lyrics by Mary McClain)

You stand frozen at the front door
Love is what you want and nothing more
    Uncertain when the disconnect began
As tears stream down your face again
    Several questions dominate your mind
Do you really want to leave this time

    Before you go and leave
    Please hear my plea
    My love is guaranteed

You searched for answers for to long
Speculating about when things went wrong
When the quest was over you lost hope
Curious how you would ever cope
    You're enticed by love's prospect
    So quit living in retrospect

    Before you go and leave
    Please hear my plea
    My love is guarenteed

Your eyes confess all which you believe
That deep inside you don't want to leave
It's time for you to disalarm
Leave the past behind and tranform
Cause you are the only one for me
Because our love was destine to be

    Before you go and leave
    Please hear my plea
    My love is guarenteed
