THE TWO MAMARRACHOS is the artistic name of a couple of DJS and producers.

The members of THE TWO MAMARRACHOS are DR.BEAT and BORJA CAMPION.
DR.BEAT, Aka. Jaime Sagastibeltza, started his career as a DJ in the late eighties in the middle of the ACID HOUSE movement.
In the early nineties he started playing in KU San Sebastián, the mother company of the infamous KU Ibiza, and he was very influenced by the BALEARIC sound.
Later, in1997, he moved to England where he contacted with the CLUELESS SYSTEM crew and during those years he played TECHNO at many underground parties in Spanish and European raves and clubs (San Seabastián, Madrid, London, Cambridge, Amsterdam, Burdeos, etc.)
In 2000, Dr. Beat went to Ibiza and played HOUSE at the best clubs, AMNESIA, PRIVILEGE, KM5…
In that summer he released a promo vinyl with a Balearic hymn: “MEDITERRANEO”. It became a hit when DJ HARVEY included it in a house mix compilation.
In March of 2007, ESKIMO RECORDINGS will re-release “Mediterraneo”, remixed by SUNSHINE, the man behind DUBTRIBE SOUND SYSTEM.
In 2004, DR.BEAT joined BORJA CAMPION. This man is a MUSIC VISIONARY.
His record collection is enormous: he owns 10.000 vinyls, so we can say he is a real VINYL JUNKIE.
THE TWO MAMARRACHOS also known as T2MM work in many productions and remixes.
Those productions are well exposed in popular blogs all over the globe as Aor Disco, The Hype Machine, Raketa 4000, Digger´s Re-Edits, Gentle Cuts, World Class Disco Club, Delicieuse Musique, Clubbing Spain, Mix Mag Uk, Ministry of Sound Radio, Ibiza Sonica, Ibiza Global Radio and many more…
His releases in Eskimo Recordings, Jolly Jams, is it balearic?, Magic Wand, Disciple of Groove and ZE, for the reputation of those labels, talk more than nothing about his style and good taste, and has been remixed by big names as DJ Harvey, DJ Kaos, Sunshine Jones from Dubtribe Sound System and Ilya Santana.
Well know are also his remixes of hits from people as DJ Steef or edits of timeless songs from artists as Lizzy Mercier, America, Simon and Garfunkel, Deep Purple, Tim Buckley, Gilbert O'Sullivan and many more...
