I've been going througha lot of personal shit lately so it's nice to make/listen to something comfortable and safe. Eases the ol' anxiety something fierce. If you like this track, keep an eye out for the EP that this is gonna be featured on, should be out soon.

Digging this lead synth here. Just a bit of overdrive would make the bass synth sound great with the lead.

You should really shorten this intro bit a smidge. The better part of a minute with only a slightly audible fade-in tone isn't really ear-catching.

The poor production value really adds something to the surf rock sound. Feels very vintage like something you'd find as the soundtrack to a driving scene in a spy film from the '50s. Love it.

I love the lo-fi effect you have on the vocals here, really adds to the atmosphere. This track feels so spacious and it progresses throughout the song which is great, especially for black metal.

Not a big fan of the percussion, specifically the "knock" you used. The kick drum could work with a different tone but, I feel, the song would be better off without it. There's enough going on with the guitar that you don't need the percussion.

Your mixing could definitely use some work. None of the instruments really blend together that well. The mix almost feels empty, maybe a bit more low end on your kick pedals, I don't know. Besides the mixing, I really liked the song. It adds a nice little flair to djent which, in my opinion, is the most generic sounding genre out today. Definitely gving you a follow, I want to see how this EP pans out. Also, would there be any way you could upload the lyrics for this track? I assume, since this is a concept album, that you've put some work into the lyrics. I wouldn't mind reading the story behind "The Consciousness EP".

I was really expecting this song to stay instrumental. I'm not opposed to your vocals, they're very fitting (and quite pretty, if I do say so). Although, as I was typing this and listening to more of the song, this is the only part with vocals. I dig that idea. Enough words to get your idea across and then flourish the feeling with the melodies. Very nice.
