    1. denizskyriver on August 16, 2009 10:16

kick maybe needs to be a little higher in the mix?

    2. The Observer on August 16, 2009 10:19

@denizskyriver: ? thx man but explain higher pls ?;-)

    3. denizskyriver on August 16, 2009 11:03

just a little higher in volume

    4. The Observer on August 16, 2009 11:05

@denizskyriver: Ok volume I donno bout that sir On my genelecs the kick sounds okay to me ..What you use for monitoring D?

    5. denizskyriver on August 16, 2009 11:27

@The Observer:8" bx's which are definately not as good as the more expensive genelecs on the mid upper end of the freq spectrum... hopefully you'll proove me wrong, as when it's finished i'll hear it pumping at a fat club system ;D ..all the best!

    6. raytrace on August 16, 2009 12:37

@denizskyriver: well ye know me an loud kicks eheh - I do think though that its gain level suits the type of song it is, I think it places rhytmic emphasis on the bassline.

    7. The Observer on August 16, 2009 20:25

yes the master will make it all ok i'll promise thx for your ears man appreciated

Not sure how I feel about the vocal sample here, now that I think about it, it sounds like the perfect place for a short little piece of lyrics, maybe just a bit of poetry set to a melody (for female voice), or a short rap section (for male voice).

Love it all coming together. Smoothio. Lots going on. That high riff - yeah. Surely hear the heavy reggae influence in the drum, bass and skank guitar. Like how it falls into the typically smooth atmospherics of the Observer stylie. Love it. What's next on this?
