Love mixing the dubsteppy type stuff with Hip Hop vocals, Waka Flacka in this case. If you haven't peep our Trap or Dub mixtape for more stuff like this.

Took this off our Things Don't Change Mixtape from several years ago. I heard a DJ spin it at the club a few nights ago and reminded how well the Wayne verse fit in.

Yo, anyone that hates on Will I Am should be forced to listen to Gotta A Feeling over and over until they realize the genius. C'MON!!! I used to see BEP perform back in the 90's. The "Joints and Jams" days. They jumped off the stage and bboy'd with me and my friends for a bit. Mad cool. Glad to see the year's of hard work pay off for them. Will I Am has gotta be one of the biggest producers in the world at this point. Who has he not worked with? Anyway, sorry for going on that rant. He's not even performing at Coachella. The track is Fedde Le Grande featuring Will I Am.

Pretty cool Duran Duran is at this year's Coachella! Not sure why I included the Cataracs verse. I spin at some pretty mainstream clubs and these guys always tear it down, so screw it! I wanted the mix to cover alot of ground so I thought it was appropriate.

Gotta love this jam. Blends into the original Block Rockin Beats sample. Some crazy punkish type song. That's gotta be one of the illest basslines ever. Instantly recognizeable. I read that one of Crystal Method's biggest influences was Public Enemy and their production team, The Bomb Squad, so I included some Flava Flaaaaav in the mix. Dizzee Rascals "Don't make me get old school!" vocal seemed to work perfectly.

Wow, didn't realize I was gonna be making this many comments! Guess there's alot to talk about. LOOOOVE this song, off our new EP Meet Your Ghost, "Had to Much to Dream." I included the homie Cudi at the end. Wishful thinking??? hmmm that would be dope though. We go back to a time you wouldnt even believe. That's another story.

WOW! This song was super monumental to us. We originally used it on DJ Benzi's Kanye West Remix Project. Joell Ortiz heard the remix and hit us up like, "Let me have that!" Next thing we now ONsmash is posting a video for one of Slaughterhouse's original collabs, "Move On." Probably one of the longest rap songs of all time, I think it clocks in at 8 minutes and some??? History in the making folks...

Met the Clipse some years ago and they were some of the coolest dudes you could meet. Not to mention they are two of my favorite rappers! We recorded a freestyle with them (I still have the vocals) where they murrrrdered it for like 64 bars each. Bananas. Love how the vocals sound over the fluffy atmospheric Nosaj beat.

I was never a fan of the use of the word "Porn" in band's names. I think it's a little distracting from what the band may really be about. Just my opinion. Regardless, I love this song from The New Pornographers - Moves. Had to include it!

this KickDrums drop is Shady Records Stat Quo, saying "The KickDrums are still kicking BIOOTCH!" When we recorded the drop back in 2002 I think Quo may have been drunk or just in a silly mood or something. I thought it was such a ridiculous and un-gangster drop that I wanted to include it on every mixtape we released from that point. There you have it!

An older Wiz Khalifa verse but I thought he spit pretty hard! I love when the vocals of one verse end and the next verse begin with the same ones. EX: Wiz's verse ends with "Yeah yeah!" and Tinie Tempah's begins with "Yeah!" Nothin special but these are the little details that get me siked. Working closely with Mick Boogie on mixtapes in the past conditioned us to strive for conceptual as well as sonic perfection. DJ Green Lantern always amazed me in that aspect. Those tapes were/are mixtape masterpieces. Do your research yungins!

Oldy but a goody. One of the best Biggie remixes I ever heard. Really captures the intensity of his more hardcore rap style. The hook comes in crazy! You catch the Hypnotize drums blending into the Kanye??? BIGGIE!
