It’s officially American Cheese Month! The American Cheese Society is trying to attract attention to artisanal cheeses on this side of the Atlantic…but we know what you’re thinking - “American cheese” sounds like the pre-sliced, orange stuff. Brendan went to Ideal Cheese Shop in New York, voted the world’s best cheese shop by Forbes, and asked owner Michael Binetti to show off some US cheeses that should be as popular as Kraft Singles.
