What synth were you using?
It sounds more like a piano here with a delicious reverb.
I'm confused as to whether that's a real sounding piano playing there as opposed to a very convincing (and very nice sounding) synth. Reminds me of Sculpture.
@The Digital Princess: Also, I had a few issues with the automation because I fiddled around with the modwheel (assigned to cutoff frequency) and pitchbend wheel. For some reason they didn't stick. In the demo version, in the bit before the chorus, had a full filter sweep, which somehow disappeared.
@johnny_ripper: I guess the mix was just bad. At the time I was no where near as experienced as I am now. And I didn't quantize anything >.< I played everything with an actual keyboard.

The bass unfortunately goes too low for my headphones to replicate it into a tone -_- Then again, I've got le cheapie sehnnies (HD 25 SP's) which don't have as much range as the HD 25's.
