    Recorded at Robinson College, Cambridge.

Performed by Guy Button, Chang-Ho Yoon, Adam Csenki and Geoffrey Thornton.

Robinson College's String Quartet was made up of their third year students studying music at Cambridge University.

The piece was recorded in Robinson Chapel, using an XY setup of C414s with TLAudio preamps, positioned equidistantly from the semicircle of the performers. In addition to this, two Neumann TLMs were positioned 10m away from the performers to capture the natural reverb of the space. This was mixed with the close signal instead of using any artificial reverbs. A small amount of EQ was used to remove some low end rumble from a passing truck, but aside that no additional processing was used.
