BIO:
TERRY VERNIXX is a Deep House and Tech-House producer, DJ, and label manager who is based in New Mexico. He started out in the rock-n-roll world in the early 90's as the original drummer for the Dallas band The Toadies. He was soon seduced by House & Techno in the Portland Oregon rave scene and began DJing.

Terry spun at hundreds of house parties, illegal gatherings, warehouse Raves, and club residencies in the Southwestern US from 1996-2001. Originally know as DJ STRETCHY, he was rechristened in 2001 when he moved to North Carolina. There, he took 3 years off from the club circuit and began tailoring original electronic musical hybrids of House, Techno, and Progressive Electronica.

He was soon recognized internationally with headlining DJ playlistings as well as dance-radio airplay on BBC Radio One, Ministry of Sound Radio, Frisky, voNYC, Sirius Area 33, and BPM. He won WRVU FM's Remixer Of The Year Award in 2006 and 2007. He founded the digital electronic music label MOVER MUSIC in January of 2007.
His internet radio program, HIGH DESERT RHYTHMS, started in July of 2008 and is still broadcast every Saturday night on lowercasesounds.com (8pm to 11pm Central US Time) as well as every Wednesday night on deradio.ca (8pm to 10pm Central US Time).
