Before Niko Pettersen started his techno-project 'Teersom', he was wondering how to make sounds represent the obviously dark nature of the North and his deeper visions of shady grey and electronic music in a organized point of view which people could understand.

In late 2011 he discovered the way to express this with techno and that's how Teersom was born. Teersom sound is harsh and cold like the space, still playable in the habitable area of the Earth.

The welcome has been good, Teersom has been playing already a good amount of live gigs in Finland from Turku to Tampere and Helsinki.

The debut 12"s were released by Sähkö Recordings sublabel Keys Of Life with catalog numbers 24-25 on May 2013.
