Tones is a DJ, Producer, and Remixer born and raised in New York. His music uses organic and percussive sounds to create several genres of House music, and is inspired by classic rock, hip hop, and disco. Tones' appreciation for music began at the age of 8 from playing a variety of wind instruments and singing in chorus. New friends in high school introduced Tones to the NYC club scene where he fell in love with the concept of mixing 2 tracks and he began experimenting with turntables to emulate DJ's such as Junior Vasquez and Danny Tenaglia. His DJ career took off from here and was soon playing at clubs in NY and Miami.

When playing Live, Tones engages crowds like no other DJ can. He gets personal with the dance floor and utilizes classic synths, deep bass lines, and vocals for creating a special experience. Whether it's on the dance floor or during your morning commute, his music uplifts your mood and creates emotion deep in your soul.

Tones is also the founder of Technition Records, a US-based music label started in 2013 that produces House music using state of the art analog and digital instruments, the latest software, and live vocals in studio. The label is constantly seeking out unique talent and tracks so please send us your demos.
"Technition" is also a monthly podcast available for free downloading on Soundcloud, Mixcloud and the website www.technitionrecords.com.
