With a promising career in trance and support from guys like Armin, Oakenfold, Tyas and Patterson; Des McMahon did the unthinkable… he crushed it with bass. Sub bass to be exact. Heavy ass shit.

Nowadays he makes dance floors shake with big huge moombahton balls mixed with electro, true-to-form dubstep and anything heavy; sans cliché pre-sets. McMahon still loves trance, but only if it’s dark, fast and heavy like anvils.

With Sean and Si still at his back, Des has added names like Tittsworth, Sazon Booya and Munchi to his support list, with big ups from American dubstep pioneer 12th Planet.

Looking ahead, McMahon plans on playing and producing whatever grabs him. It’s not about what’s hot and it sure as shit ain’t about whats pop. It’s about being on the edge and above all else… making the dance floor go crazy.

    Ginger Problems EP:

After the massive Juicy Jorts collabo EP on T&A with Tittsworth and Rez, Des McMahon is back in the spotlight, this time with a solo EP. He smashes Moombahton (Gringo Juice, Albino Ass Slap), Dubstep (Hallucinations), Drum & Bass (The Come Down) and Heavy Bass / Comedy (Half, with Tittsworth) as only a daywalker can.
