T. Mixwell (Mixwell House, Beat Chemistry). Growing up in Chicago, her love for house music was deep. Coming from a classical music background from an early age. As a teenager, T. discovered her passion for house music listening to her older brother play lil louis's - french kiss in his bedroom and going to parties/raves in the mid - late ninties. Since listening to this track & other local djs' such as Derrick Carter & DJ Heather she has been moving heads & dance floors around the world with her contagious energy behind the decks. Her unconventional dj sets blend concoctions of House, Techno, and Minimal. She's opened up for heavy hitters such as Colette (OM, Candy Talk), Justin Long (Dot.Bleep, Smartbar), Tony Hewitt (Tango), & Jazzy Eyewear (So Sound Recordings) to name a few.

In Fall of 2009 T. Mixwell became a resident dj every Friday night for www.myhouseyourhouse.net. The radio show airs 8pm CST & 0200 GMT. Be sure to be on the look out because she's also sinking her teeth into production & has her first releases coming out on HuHu & Round House early next year.
