System 2 is the DJ and production alias of Charlie McConville. Based in London, his sound had been forged by various strains of underground genres and inspired by an ever mutating electronic scene. He has played at venues such as the legendry Corsica Studios for Interakt, Shorditch's underground club Public Life, Dalston rave den The Russian Bar during his night Sub-Merge and for Full Colour at Glade - one of the UK's most renowned electronic festivals.

His DJ & production style has developed over the years to incorporate elements of electro, breaks & tech funk. Recent influences and collaborations with Steve Maccabe have lead to a fusing of hypnotic breaks and psychedelic tech funk with releases on VIM Records and Diablo Loco.
