Touching.. Visiting Hours is one of the most hauntingly beautiful tracks i've ever come across.. Synthetic Epiphany sent me this yesterday and i'm honoured to share this with you all. Absolutely epic stuff from Synthetic Epiphany, haven't heard such innovative sounds for a loong time! This guy is quickly becoming one of my favourite producers... Everything he produces is just magnificent! (17Tumba)

Reverence' is a truly mind blowing track, enriched with multiple layers of complex percussion, sub bass and wonderful melodies, all wrapped up in a time scheme that's somewhere between garage and dubstep (that wonderful 140bpm mark).

The lad from Hereford has struck again.....Synthetic Epiphany has yet to release a disappointing tune and 'A New Path To The Waterfall' is no exception...it's tunes like these that give me hope for the Dubstep formula.

Synthetic Epiphany's sounds are truly soothing with multiple deep layers of bass, melody and clever samples to carry your mind away... His soundcloud is full of absolute gems and is well worth a visit, but the track 'This Metal Skin' is the perfect thing to focus on for this sunday chill session. (The Hot Box)

This track has a very different vibe…a pure fusion of styles, that is pulled off with aplomb. The guitar effects do it for me, adding another level to the piano and carry it all the way through to the conclusion. (illtouchthesky)

Humans are drifters. By our very nature we seem to have an inbuilt desire to move to run, yet we also feel the need for security, to secure ourselves to something in order to make sense of the constantly shifting world around us. We have all have anchors.

Music is mine. At the risk of sounding clichéd, music truly is the thing that makes me most happy , and it seems rather unfair that simply because music is an earthly activity; a solid, real thing, that my devoting most of my time upon it is an obsession. Music is a wonderful thing, and in music I perhaps find the movement I so enjoy. Music is the only place where I can be truly fearless, music is my own world, and perhaps it is this power and control upon something that fulfils me so. Life is somewhat like a rollercoaster ride, or a breakneck car chase. When out of control, we feel every bump, every turn wrenches upon our hearts and senses, and our stomachs clench and twirl in fear. Yet, when given control, this fear subsides. Some find their control in the security of believing that there is some kind of a plan for their lives, and I try to achieve that control within my music.

There is something ultimately rewarding about creation, about moulding, forming, and shaping something. The simplicity of this construction is hugely gratifying, but then when you really 'zoom in', examine the fine details, and attempt to create something with beauty, with meaning, that is truly special. Music, I believe, is the ultimate form of expression. Its boundaries truly are limitless, and this unlimited expanse that is constantly available to explore is incredible. People state that originality no longer exists, that somewhere in the vast archives of our history, someone will have already done, or thought anything you possibly could. This seems to me to be ridiculous. No matter the similarities, we are each of us unique. Our genetics, our experiences, or own thoughts and emotions all fuse to form something exceptional, someone that has never existed before, and will never exist again, and through this exclusivity, whatever we produce will be ours and ours alone, a distinctive, one of a kind form.
