Symphonix Beats is way more than just a name of a new team of music producers.
It stands for a new and innovative way of combining Hiphop and orchestral sounds in a so far unheard-of quality. Jason Jay & Skipbeats of Symphonix Beats are therefore on their way to set new standards and create a brand of their own,
The musical products of Symphonix Beats are marked by the clash of two musical worlds. Monumental orchestral sounds and bouncing hip-hop beats are thus skilfully mixed and a new symbiosis of two completely different styles is established.
The crucial factor of this impression is the combination of an expert knowledge in music theory and the creativity of Jason Jay & Skipbeats.
Symphonix Beats stands for unique and hand made beats. No samples!! No copies!! No fakes!! Hence the sound of the end product achieves a realness, naturalness and homogeneity unrivalled in the current music scene.

The producers at work on this project are two young and fresh professionals, who are experts in various musical fields. Jason Jay & Skipbeats have known each other since their school days at the “National High School of Music, Rhineland-Palatine”, where they got profound knowledge in music theory as well as a high class education in performing their instruments. During those days, they already started producing music for different projects and various musical styles, such as hip-hop, classical, and jazz. After gaining a lot of experience at concerts and competitions, their paths went different ways temporarily.

Jonas Mengler (Jason Jay) already made contacts to the hip-hop community while schooling.
He was performing as an artist of “Doppeldecker” and was producing for some of Germany’s greatest rap stars such as Nana, Valezka or Nico Suave. Since 2008 he is a student at the renowned “Pop Akademie” Mannheim.
Sebastian Schubert (Skipbeats) studied Audio Engineering at SAE London, and continued recording and producing CDs of various great names of the London classical music scene including Grammy winners, as well as members of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra.

Connected with each other due to their shared time at boarding school, the same professional goal, and the fact that they know each other very well, they got together again vie the Internet (using the Web 2.0) combining their musical know-how and experiences, and formed Symphonix Beats.
The basic principle of the fusion of Symphonix Beats is therefore found in their way of working, their background, as well as the music they create.
