The Symmetry started MCing in 2002 supporting the likes of Scratch Perverts, DJ Yoda, Adam F, LTJ Bukem + Nookie and performing with J Majik. Then in 2003 started to shift focus to spoken word slam poetry performing weekly at folk clubs around the Staffordshire area including the Keele Folk Club where he was known to perform every week and freestyle audience + environment driven poetry.

In 2005 he toured the country as part of the Verbalists Collective bringing his unique take on slam poetry to the masses playing venues such as the Cardiff Toucan Club, The Telegraph in Brixton and Windsor Arts centre.

Fast-forward to 2009 and Symmetrical Sounds was born, the project to relate The Symmetry's head into electronic musings.
