In response to Hurricane Sandy and all of the devastation it caused on the east coast of America, Symbols Recordings presents this EP to benefit those affected by the storm. We have seen a lot of accounts of brave friends and family helping those in need and we felt compelled to lend a helping hand.

With this EP we also introduce some new artists. Kidnapped, who supplies the opening track, is a completely new and unknown artist. Lion González, who has a debut Symbols EP coming in January, sends his love from London. Both Dunes & Cream Dream hail from NYC and it's great to have them involved with the project. Jason Burns delivers an extremely catchy house/breakbeat hybrid while Kastle offers up his much sought-after "Uh Oh" which has been making its rounds via Soundcloud favorites for awhile.

100% of the proceeds will be donated to American Red Cross. We kept the minimum low, because every bit helps, but please donate what you can!

WNYC.org also has a great outline of ways to help in NYC:
