SyL-o comes to us from another Planet... but now is currently burning the streets of Atlanta GA. From somewhere in this universe, SyL-o brings us HEAVY hitting mash-ups, MIND melting mixes, and ENERGY that can set a place on FIRE!

His influences come from the energy and soul of all types of music, film, and production. First as a DJ, and now as a DJ/producer, SyL-o enjoys creating and spinning heavy dubstep, electro, house and original tunes. He plays bass, guitar and keys/synth and creating and playing music has become his HUGE passion.

SyL-o‘s other passion is film making, having studied at the Austin Film School. His love of performance can be seen on stage and off with his fun, bouncy, and crazy personality. SyL-o’s early recognition came as a DubStomp resident DJ in late 2011. SyL-o’s (aka Tyler Hillyer) success has exploded since he became one of QUAD’s first resident DJs in early 2012 and can now be found spinning at QUAD in Atlanta at least once or twice a week.

SyL-o has conquered all the venues in Atlanta, opening for Borgore twice at Opera and at Wild Bill’s, and Opened up for Zomboy/ Mt.eden / Helicopter showdown and more, at the Masquerade!!... Zeds Dead at Center Stage, and playing on the same stage as many international and national headliners at QUAD such as Emalkay/ Cookie Monsta / Figure / Downlink / Liquid Stranger / DJKlever / Ajapai and more!!.. Also He was one of only a few local DJs who performed at the 3-day Counterpoint Festival near Atlanta in September 2012!!...
SyL-o enjoys Playing with fellow Atlanta DJ's and Producers such as J. Stella (aka Oculus) and his Good friends in the group, MANTIS!.. you can also catch him occasionally performing with female DJ, Mk Ultra as (~$ex Cells~)!. . . More and more people will come to know the world of SyL-o very soon as he Rises to the Top!! --
