Pete Rock is trippin' but Lupe is whack though, in comparison to his old stuff.

Terrible when a possible legend and a great legend come together and screw it up. Lupe seems to be in the right but we will never know the real truth. The record was dope though so I don't see the problem with it.

Yeah. Okay. So it's also fine if I wanna go back and take an iconic national monument, let's say the Vietnam Memorial, and remake it.

I know it's got a lot of emotion behind it. I know it's sacred ground for many people around the world. I know that it was in honor for the fallen soldiers of the Vietnam War.

But man, I'm going to to remake it anyway. Why? Because I want to do it in honor of the men who built the monument. That would be so "respectful."

No. Hell no. You don't "remake" a memorial, especially "in honor" of the ones who make it. The memorial is there in honor of the those who have DIED.
