The Scrapyard Forecast is a terminal for reviews in music and sound art. The site primarily focuses on works that exhibit underlying themes and interest in minimalism, field recording, electroacoustics, noise, ambient, and musique-concrete. The SF is also concerned with the prolonging of physical media, and as a result goes to great lengths to avoid reviews of digital-only releases and digital versions of physical releases.
