Hard and Hypnotic Acid Techno- with elements of Hard Dance, Shranz, Industrial Metal and Hard Psy Trance. If you have to create a box. I like to mash things up. I don't like Genres. I think that too much music is overproduced, not an excuse for poor production values, but lets concentrate on the music and keep some soul in there. The Live sets have a more raw and improvised feel to it using programmed drum machines and live synths, whereas the recorded tunes take on a more polished feel with deeper layering of sounds, guitars and processed loops taken both from the live gear, and any mad program I can get my hands on. Both are hard, fast (often over 150bpm) and banging.

@Slam-666: :) And this is all reproducible live now. Gonna kick it in a club I think! So you can't say I'm not picking up doing stuff again now :P

@Slam-666: :) Needs a little more volume on that synth I think (or EQ) but I'll take it that that means it has the desired effect. Will get onto listening to your stuff later - just got some decent headphones so I don't have to wait for them two to go out to do stuff now!

@Ketamine Badger: I think they are spooky enough to work. Maybe a drifting notch filter on it for movement... Will also have a listen a bit louder when everyone's not asleep.

Dark as fuck. I like it. But I reckon the melodic elements could be a bit louder. It almost sounds like you are unsure if it should be there. If it sounds too brash making it louder maybe eq it down dull? Nice stuff though.

Like the overall track (though not really my thing)... Kicks are getting a bit lost round here, and that synth is a bit too piercing. I'd beef up those kicks - maybe some fat compression tricks, and also maybe a bit more rhythmic variation?
