Reminiscent of the old school, while keeping the sounds as fresh and crisp as the morning air, Calculon's debut release on Sublife, Tunnel Vision, has been creating some serious buzz around the globe. Steady rolling breaks set the pace for some major sub low bass equipped with creative LFO lines, while some haunting synth stabs and FX succeed in tying the pieces together nicely. Delayed piano notes, 808 style subby bass hits, and some choice yet perfectly sparse female vocals make this tune a well rounded number that does the job on the dance floor as well as in the headphones.
