@starkaudio: I make music for fun. Some things I make are fluff. Fluffy things rely more on well-worn areas. They're easier to make as there are some intellectual shortcuts that can be taken. So, I think a lack of innovation contributes. However, veering too far off into an experimental area can alienate your listeners. I'm not consciously trying to strike a balance, because I don't care. I make music that I would like to listen to myself, and it is pleasing if other people share my particular set of aesthetic biases, so I appreciate your comments.

@stretta: Fluff from the perspective of easily consumable? Or some other perspective? I'm curious to know which parts of A Funneled Stone you would consider fluffier that others.
