STRANGE TALK - SEXUAL LIFESTYLE

While Strange Talk continue to feverishly craft songs for their debut album (set to drop mid 2012), they've decided to set sail with a new single, 'Sexual Lifestyle', in time for Summer.

To the uninitiated, Melbourne four piece Strange Talk first piqued attention with their very first song, 'Climbing Walls'. Emerging via Triple J's Unearthed platform, 'Climbing Walls' grew via word of mouth snowballed online and culminating with the track appearing on a Kitsune Maison compilation, a four track EP release via Neon Gold and reaching #1 on the Hype Machine charts.

Since winning the Unearthed competition to play Parklife Melbourne, last year the band toured all around Australia playing with the likes of The Joy Formidable, The Rapture, Marina &The Diamonds as well as sell out shows of their own, culminating with playing the main stage at Parklife this year.

'Sexual Lifestyle' was written and produced by the band in Melbourne, featuring some additional tweaks by Van She Tech, and mixed in Los Angeles by John Fields (The Presets, Cut Copy).

Fusing pop sensibilities with raw energy, huge synth riffs and knowing lyrics, 'Sexual Lifestyle' has already proven to be a live favourite.

Strange Talk play a string of headline dates this November. Joining the band in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney is New Zealand pop sensation Zowie.
