I am the producer of Storynory which has given the world a free audio story every week since November 2005. In a previous life I was a producer for the BBC World Service, and before that I was a freelance journalist based in Moscow during the exciting years, 1990 to 1993. These days I'm not that bothered about the "real" world. I write children's stories about characters including Prince Bertie, Katie the Witch, and Princess Talia. I also adapt traditional stories from around the world. But you won't hear my voice on Storynory. We employ three brilliant actors, Natasha (who is a founder of Storynory), Richard and Elizabeth. Occasionally we have some original music composed by Gabriella. We have a have a loyal audience around the world. The target audience is 7 to 11 years old, but we have plenty of grown-up kids who listen too.
