    KGO radio hosts Jennifer Jones Lee and John Bristow spoke with Brother Charles Hilken, Vatican scholar and history professor at Saint Mary's College of California the day after the historic election of Pope Francis, the first non-European pontiff in the modern era. The Argentinian Cardinal, 76-year-old Jorge Mario Bergoglio was elected as the first pope from the Americas on March 13, 2013 and will now lead the world's 1.2 billion Catholics after the historic resignation of Pope Benedict.
