Having won single of the week twice on BBC Radio 2, Smoove & Turrell went on to play DJ/PA sets and live band sets at Glastonbury, Kendal Calling and The Big Chill Festival as well as sessions on BBC Radio 2/4/6.

In 2010 Smoove and Turrell have been on a constant global tour and working on their follow up album “Eccentric Audio”.
John Turrell has also been collaborating with other producers like Ashley Beedle, Omar, Dr Rubberfunk , Kraak and Smaak and was voted best male singer in the BBC6 Craig Charles Fantasy Funk Band.

Smoove has been Remixing various high profile artists like Bahama Soul Club, Brenda Boykin, The Ju Ju Orchestra and Malente to name a few. Smoove has also been busy promoting his own mash up label Wack Records.
