How do you measure the popularity of one of the West Coast's most mysterious and eclectic underground thrash producers? Maybe by thousands of sweaty bodies moving worldwide or by his tracks being in rotation obscure Turkish and Russian radio stations or maybe by over 50,000 downloads worldwide. These are all valid focal points but who really is the one they call S-T3RRA? He is a multi-instrumentalist, designer and apparently subscribes to the ideology of the dead.
S-T3RRA has been vindictively making music since a near death experience as a teen left him with a desire to wander the earth controlling the minds of young electronic enthusiasts.
Over the past 4 years, S-T3RRA has emerged as a producer of notoriety in the electronic scene, challenging convention and denying commercialism is what has gained him his reputation as an avenging figure for the filthy masses. Waiting for one day when digital distributors, promoters and labels will no longer utilize unethical practices to manipulate the producer's artistry for their own gain.
S-T3RRA has listeners in 30 countries and boasts a sound championed by some of the heaviest hitters in the scene.
